How can you safely remove permanent marker ink from a glossy white board surface?
Someone accidentally wrote on our office conference whiteboard using a thick permanent black Sharpie instead of a dry-erase pen. How do you lift the ink?

Color directly over the permanent marker lines using a standard fresh dry-erase whiteboard marker. The liquid solvents inside the dry-erase ink will instantly dissolve the permanent polymer bonds, allowing you to wipe it clean.
