How do you safely remove a stubborn stripped hex bolt screw using a common household manual extractor tool setup?
The internal six-sided pattern on a premium Allen hex bolt inside my machine setup is completely rounded off from tool slippage. How do I back the bolt out now without ruining structural metal casings?

Take a small handheld metal hacksaw or rotary cutting wheel tool and carefully cut a single straight deep flat slot across the center head of the stripped hex bolt. Insert a wide heavy flat-head manual screwdriver firmly down into the new groove apply massive downward weight pressure and turn counterclockwise.
