Why do dogs turn their heads sideways in a cute tilt angle when you speak to them?

Whenever I use a high-pitched voice to say specific words to my dog, they tilt their head deeply to one side. Are they processing language or sound?

They tilt their heads to physically reposition their external ear flaps, optimizing their pinpoint sound tracking accuracy while adjusting their jaw view block to see your facial expressions better.
